Our Process

Step 1:

Call to set up a free consultation with a personal trainer. This initial consultation allows the individual to see Top Shape Fitness, Inc. firsthand, meet the trainers and receive more information about our personal training packages.

Step 2:

Fitness Assessment

After the free workout, our TSF trainer will then discuss a package with the client that best suits your needs. The first session is the fitness assessment, which includes a series of fitness testing:

  1. Health History Questionnaire, PAR-Q and Consent Form
  2. Resting Blood Pressure and Heart Rate
  3. Height and Weight
  4. Circumference Measurements
  5. Cardio respiratory Fitness Test
  6. Muscular Strength Test
  7. Flexibility Test

* If needed, a physician’s consent will be requested.*

Step 3:

Training program begins!! Training schedule ranges from 2-4 times per week depending on the client’s personal goals and level of fitness. Each session is one hour in duration and will be guided by the personal trainer from start to finish. Also available are group training sessions of 2-4 people per hour. Nutrition counseling and free use of cardio equipment at anytime is also included in the training package.
