WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS?
You should wear comfortable workout apparel; making sure you pants are not too long that they would drag on the floor. Dressing warm will help your muscles retain heat thus help you to burn more calories while safely keeping you from injury.
WHAT SHOULD YOUR BRING?
All equipment will be provided. Slide board equipment consists of a board and booties. The booties must be worn over your shoes, to give you a slippery surface to slide on. We recommend brining a bottle of water and sweat towel.
SHOULD YOUR ARRIVE EARLY TO YOUR FIRST CLASS?
Yes, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class begins. We will need you to fill out a short waiver and your teacher will give you a quick tour of the studio. Then grab your equipment and find a spot!
