Our Battle Rope Class is a high-intensity, whole body workout that gets your muscles moving in new ways! Unlike the relatively static movement of lifting and lowering weights, using battle ropes is a dynamic, ever-changing form of movement that has the added benefit of showing you whether you’re doing the movements correctly. Battle ropes engage the abdominals, back and glutes in addition to the arms for a unique total body workout that will have you sweating in no time!

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?
All equipment will be provided. We do recommend a bottle of water and possibly sweat towel.
SHOULD YOU ARRIVE EARLY TO YOUR FIRST CLASS?
Yes, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class begins. We will need you to fill out a short waiver and your teacher will give you a quick tour of the studio. Then grab your equipment and find a spot!
