Our Barre Fitness Class incorporates isometric holds with small controlled movements and full body exercises to lengthen and strengthen your muscles without bulking. Barre Fitness was developed to give you a fast, effective and low impact workout that transforms your body!
5o minute full body workout focusing on those stubborn areas: arms, abdominals, hips, thighs and glutes. No running and no jumping, this workout was developed for people of all fitness levels. Challenge your mind and body by blocking out life’s distractions and focusing on each muscle group to fatigue.

TIPS FROM THE PROS:
WHAT TO WEAR TO CLASS?
You should wear comfortable workout apparel, no shorts and no shirts that show your midriff. We want your body to retain the heat you develop in the class and you will see faster improvement in your performance this way.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?
All equipment will be provided. We do recommend a bottle of water and possibly sweat towel.
SHOULD YOU ARRIVE EARLY TO YOUR FIRST CLASS?
Yes, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes before class begins. We will need you to fill out a short waiver and your teacher will give you a quick tour of the studio. Then grab your equipment and find a spot!
